Well im back with another very cool app! its name is obscuracam by the GUARDIAN PROJECT…
Now you may be asking what is it..well it lets you take photos thru the app or use
photos already in your gallery and blur or obscure the faces.
you have the option to blur just one face or blur a whole group while leaving the selected face untouched also the options to have some fun drawing on the photos as well! (see photos)…over all its a fun app that could have a valid use …
